NPS Trading B.V. (‘RonoBoost’) processes personal data in its capacity as controller, as defined in the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).
The data collected and processed by RonoBoost
The personal data collected and processed by RonoBoost is only used for the purposes and on the basis of the legal grounds described below. Personal data provided to RonoBoost or obtained from public registers or other registers (such as the trade register or the land registry) will not be shared with third parties, unless this is necessary to execute the service or if there is a legal obligation to do so.

RonoBoost does not retain personal data any longer than is necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes or to comply with laws and regulations.

RonoBoost uses external suppliers in the context of providing its services. We have concluded processing agreements with these suppliers to ensure that personal data is protected and secured. These agreements meet the requirements set out in the GDPR.

Under the GDPR, a data subject has the right to view the personal data retained by RonoBoost, and to request erasure, rectification or supplements to this data, among other rights. Requests to exercise this right can be e-mailed to info@ronoboost.com. RonoBoost will comply with such a request if possible. The Dutch Data Protection Authority can be contacted in the case of complaints.
